Coming to our skatepark for the first time?

We love welcoming new riders of all kinds and want to make sure everyone's set up to have the best time possible. So if you're heading to our park for the first time we think these are some good general pointers on what to expect.

Since we're in a big old warehouse, its cold in winter and hot in summer. Dress for the conditions, and bring a refillable water bottle which we can keep topped up so you can stay hydrated while you skate and not go through loads of single use plastic. Our on site vegan café serves hot and cold drinks, hot food, sweet snacks, crisps and cans of pop, plus there's loads of comfy seating with board games and books to keep everyone entertained, even if you don't skate. When the weathers nice, our outdoor area has plenty of spots to enjoy the sun in the garden and skate our outdoor DIY section. Its free for spectators to enter the park and enjoy our space, plus dogs are welcome too as long as they're cool with the noisy environment of a skatepark.

Our café and reception are easily accessed by a wheelchair, with wheelchair accessible toilets available. The park has narrow corridors so can be a bit tricky to manoeuvre around in a large wheelchairs but we're always on hand to help where needed.

Coming from afar far away?

You don't need to prebook your session or show up at any specific time. Most of our sessions are all wheels welcome sessions, with the only age limit being 3 and up for riding. On Monday's we run a beginner skating session which is skateboards only, but that's the only session where other wheels such as scooters aren't allowed in the session. We also run an 18+ session every Tuesday night from 6.30pm so that's also worth bearing in mind if you're travelling later on a Tuesday with under 18's.

We have plenty of free on site parking, with Doncaster's town centre and the train and bus station being a 10 minute walk away. Our what 3 words location is ///dent.major.powers for anyone walking or skating down

If you're not sure about our opening hours or have some questions on then feel free to give us a bell on 07393 022 238

We've got a little something for everyone to skate, whatever wheels you ride. Here's a little introduction to the different sections of the park:
Learn everything on our awesome little micro mini ramp, with super chill coping and a mellow transition to help everyone nail those hard to commit to tricks and get ready for the bigger ramps. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, our mini is fun for everyone
Our bowl is tight, tiny and great fun to pump around to send yourself flying back up the street section with some speed. Coping runs the whole way round it with a ride on and ride off grind. Can you grind the whole way round the bowl? (Pic of local rider Jaymo taken by ThatSportsPhoto)
The street section is made up of down banks and flat sections flowing towards our whippy bowl at the back, with ride on coping all the way round it. There are boxes and ledges on either side of the first upper section, with a 2ft high and 12ft long square rail coming out of the far bank and a pretty big euro gap in the middle to fly over.
